Before we get started, I want you to do a small exercise with me. This will help you connect with the information you are about to receive. Please sit up where you are seated so your feet are on the ground and your back is straight and aligned. Now I want you to softly close your eyes, you may want to read these directions before continuing, you will keep your eyes closed. While keeping your eyes closed, imagine yourself sitting there peacefully. Take a deep breath in through your nose, hold that deep breath in for 5 seconds, now release that deep breath out through your mouth slowly. Do the 3 times. Continue breathing, grip your feet firmly into the ground and imagine the ground supporting you as if your feet are being covered with dirt. Now start wiggling your arms and your legs. Loosen up every part of your body. Imagine all the tension being release as you move. Shake off all that unwanted energy. Take another deep breathe in through your nose, hold it for 5 seconds, and this time exhale that breath out of the center of your abdomen. Do you feel that warm sensation in the center of your stomach? Its okay if you do not, try to breath in and out of this area a few more times until you do. Keeping your eyes closed, put your left hand over your heart with your right hand opened to receive, and think about everything and everyone you love. What would you express to those people and things? What would you express about yourself? Do you believe in the signs that have come your way? What are these signs? What makes you feel at peace with yourself the most? Take some time to answer these questions in this relax state of mind. Once you are done, breath in and hold it for 5 seconds one last time, then breath out slowly while bringing your consciousness back to your surroundings. Congratulations, you just tuned up your 7 chakras by simply doing the exercise above. Chakras are the main energy sources in our bodies that mental, physical, and spiritual energy flows through connecting all of us to ourselves, each other, and everything within the universe. These chakras make us who we are, leads us to what we do, and even what we physically exude. Simply being aware of these energy sources can upgrade every aspect in your life. Lets break it down into science. Science is the study of understanding the natural world and has been proven to connect with the chakras. Everything is energy. Electrical energy and magnetic energy are the two energies that connects everything. Electrical energy is used in our bodies when breathing, resting, and functioning. It is the energy located inside our bodies that stimulates physical energy. Magnetic energy is the energy located outside of our bodies that receives energy. Together the movements of these energies connects the functions of our bodies and lives. In our bodies, we handle these energies with our nervous system. The nervous system transmits signals to the brain and the body. It can be broken down into two different systems, the Central Nervous System (CNS), which is connected with the brain and spinal cord, and the Peripheral Nervous System (PNS), which connects the brain and spinal cord with the rest of the body. The CNS receives information from your body parts through your spinal cord to your brain. The PNS sends signals from your brain through your spinal cord to your body parts. The PNS has nerve bundles that just so happens to be in our main organs and our main organs just so happen to be exactly where each chakra is located. Now it is all starting to come together. The PNS is connected with the Autonomic Nervous System. The Autonomic Nervous System corresponds with your bodies involuntary responses such as breathing, blinking, swallowing, heart rate, and all of the other responses your body naturally has. This system can also be broken down into two different systems. The Sympathetic System which is stimulated when you have to move your energy in an emergency, also known as the fight or flight response. The other system, Parasympathetic System, is stimulated when resting and digesting in your body. These systems work together in balancing your bodies daily functions and activities. These two systems controls the functions of your organs which is where your chakras are located, meaning they also control your chakras.
All of these systems have many nerves connecting through our bodies but the most important nerve of them all is the Vagus Nerve. The Vagus Nerve carries messages. It flows to and through each organ, sending messages from the body to the brain and the brain to the body. When the vagus nerve stimulates the organs with its messages, it secretes hormones from each organ. Hormones are the chemical messengers that regulates the way we grow, interact with others, our emotions, how we sleep, how we eat, how we reproduce, and anything that functions our bodies. When the Vagus Nerve is stimulated, it produces healthy hormonal reactions that creates healthy functioning in our organs where each chakra is located. Since each basic chakra is connected to each organ, when you stimulate your Vagus nerve, the key nerve in our bodies, you are stimulating your chakras.
In summary, when we stimulate the Vagus Nerve, we are stimulating our chakras. It transmits and connects the brain, sending signals to our main organs, balancing our hormones and nervous system. This stimulation can cause many great benefits in every aspect of our lives.
I am going to start explaining each individual chakra now so you can learn the best ways to stimulate your Vagus Nerve. Click on the pictures below to learn about each Chakra and how it can give you the ultimate vibe and glow.
