What you can do to open and balance your solar plexus chakra?
1. Do intense workout
Consistently activating your body on a daily basis is one of the most solid ways you can open and balance your Solar Plexus chakra. Exercising your body also stimulates your brain, your memory, your optimism, and your will power to push your self more and more everyday. It keeps your energy high and releases the energy that is no longer needed. You don't have to be a fitness nut to find a way to activate your body on a daily basis. Find a routine that's easy for you to obtain and get that energy going.
2. Breath in fresh air and sunlight
Being outside in the fresh air with the sunlight beaming on you is a great way to open and balance the Solar Plexus chakra. Just remember to put Spf on before hanging out in the sun. Go outside and get comfortable, make sure the sun is beaming on you. Take a deep breath in, imaging you are inhaling the sunlight right into your stomach. Then breathe out all the negative energy that is no longer serving you. Do this for some time and feel that fire energy enhancing inside of you.
3. Eat power foods for solar plexus
Like all chakras, eating for the Solar Plexus chakra is a way you can open and balance this chakra. Yellow, sturdy foods that bring you power and energy are perfect for this chakra. Grains, oats, nuts, seeds, beans and lentils will give you the protein you need to help with muscle fatigue, heavy or low energy, and the health of your gut. 4. OrganIze daily schedule and checklist
Organizing your daily routine is key to not only enhancing the vibration of your Solar Plexus chakra but it enhances all of your chakras and sets you up for success in everything you do. Get yourself a notebook that is only dedicated to your daily routine. Start off by setting up a weekly schedule including all the key actions you want to accomplish for the day. I usually have up to 10 actions on my daily schedule and it helps me get so much done. Start off with 3 of these actions or more and as you go through the day executing them, check each one off. X I wake up at 8:00am floss, brush teeth, wash face, and say 3 affirmations 3 times.
_At 8:15am I do 15 minute yoga.
_At 8:45am take detox shot.
5. Solar plexus meditation
Meditation is a powerful way you can open and balance the solar plexus chakra and all chakras. I truly believe you can heal yourself with the power of your own mind. With the solar plexus chakra, imagine a beautiful, powerful, pure golden light in the center of your stomach, above your belly button that burns with cleansing, healing, uplifting energy. This energy motivates you. As you breath it in through your body, you feel all the energy that is no longer serving you leaving your body, bringing you to a higher vibration. Take 15 minutes first thing in the morning and do a meditation. It's a beautiful release.
