1. Create something such as painting, writing, etc..
Doing things to express your emotions and creativity will help open and balance your sacral chakra. Painting, writing, building something, solving math equations, choreography, whatever you like to do that works your brain and makes you create and imagine will help open and balance the sacral chakra. Stimulating the brain helps you express and understand your emotions. It is really a therapeutic way of expressing yourself, expressing your emotions, and expressing your passions. This brings you confidence, gratitude, pure joy and happiness.
2. Eat something sweet and for genital health
Eating for your sacral chakra is a great way to help open and balance this chakra. Sweets such as fruits and chocolate brings pure joy eating and enjoying which is why it goes so perfectly with the sacral chakra. Oranges, melons, strawberries and mangoes are great energy and passion boosters. Just the simple taste of these fruits and berries helps bring balance and sensual feelings. Oysters and shell fish are also great foods to help heighten your libido and sexual drive. They are high in omega-3s and vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 helps with blood cell health and brings energy and drive through out your whole body.
3. Affirmations in the mirror
Speaking in the mirror to yourself might sound crazy but I'm telling you, it is life changing. Write down 5 sentences to yourself that you want to make sure you feel everyday. For example, I AM beautiful inside and out. Simple, but straight to the point of how I want to perceive myself everyday. The mirror is a magical and powerful item. If you feel you are not ready to take on that power, start with just repeating your 5 affirmations out loud to yourself. This is also a powerful way to install new ways of perceiving who you are and who you want to be. Be positive about yourself and who you are. You are full of so much light and love. It truly is beautiful.
4. Dance away with music
Dancing is for everyone. We all need to dance and let loose, shaking off any negative energy that does not serve us. Dancing brings us pure joy and freedom to just move our bodies and let go. Being in tune with our bodies and how we want to move brings so much stimulation to the sacral chakra. I encourage everyone to wake up every morning and listen to your favorite songs, moving your body. This is a great way to start your day off right and making sure you have a positive, beautiful day. If you don't dance or don't think you can dance well, I am here to tell you, WHO CARES! This is about you and only you. This is a moment for yourself. You are beautiful.

Meditation is a powerful way you can open and balance the sacral chakra and all chakras. With the sacral chakra, imagine a bright, soft, orange, pure, cleansing, light right below your belly button area. This light burns and shines through all energies that do not serve you for your highest good. Meditation is a way you can practice how to use your imagination. I truly believe you can heal yourself with the power of your own mind. Take 15 minutes first thing in the morning and do a mediation. It's a beautiful release.
