Cocoons are one of the most effective abs workouts I’ve done. I always start off on my back laying flat, arms above my head. I keep my arms and legs straight and I bring them together using my core muscles. If you have to slightly bend your knees do so, this workout is harder than it looks. Planks are not only a great yoga pose for the Solar Plexus chakra, it also is a great way to work on your core muscles and back muscles. Adding the movement of moving side to side enhances the plank pose and really triggers your full body. It is a great workout that takes focus, balance, and strength.
